About Ricardo’s Restaurant
The team of Ricardo Scebba & Sue Miller built & opened the doors of Ricardo’s on August 2nd, 2001.
Together they bring more than a combined 50 years of restaurant expertise to ensure your dining experience will be most memorable.
Given 4 walls to work with, they created a warm Tuscan look & feel to the 50 seat dining room with the help of “Georgie” award winning designer, Tara Trumpetter.
With Ricardo’s Italian heritage they decided that Italian cuisine would be the focal point of the menu. However they also wished to include other areas of Mediterranean Europe, hence the name, Ricardo’s Mediterranean Kitchen.
